It’s full of potential until overheating, skin breakouts, acid reflux, burnout, frustration and fatigue set in.
I have solutions to keep your energy up, help you maintain your weight, keep you cool and allow you to accomplish the things you want to accomplish during those long summer days.
In this group coaching program I guide you in appropriate food choices, schedule and activities that align your body and mind with the qualities of summer.
This group setting is full of support, friendship and insights.

This 3 Month Group Coaching Program Includes:
- Group coaching and support for optimal summer season health and wellbeing.
- Outlined summer diet for optimal energy, weight management and vitality. (hint: it’s not your typical cookout food!)
- Appropriate intermittent fasting guidance for summer season.
- Daily summer routine for a high performing mind and body.
- Weekly email from Anna with Ayurvedic topic/teachings and diet and lifestyle tips for the week.
- Weekly invitation to your very own micro adventure near you!
- 1 group coaching call per month with Anna Monday June 22nd 7 p.m., July 20th 7 p.m. and August 24th 7 p.m. Calls will be recorded so you can watch later.
- Group support emails – anytime you need them! Just reach out.

What Happens Next
- Within 24 hours of registering you’ll receive your welcome email with information and link.
- You’ll also receive an invite to the FB group, if you’re not already a member.
- Saturday June 20th you’ll receive a group email welcoming everyone to the program with a reminder about the Zoom call and link.
- On Monday June 22nd you’ll log into the Zoom call and the program will begin!
