With twenty plus years of paddling and yoga instruction experience, Anna is a powerful coach committed to inspiring and empowering you to experience passionate living on and off the water.

There are many different SUP experiences to choose from including classes and tours on the French Broad River, SUP yoga and weekend and week-long SUP camps on the coast and mountains of North Carolina. If you want to live your passion and become an SUP or SUP yoga instructor, Anna is offering teacher trainings in Asheville, NC and at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Even if you have no intention of teaching, these teacher trainings will elevate your paddling skills and deepen your connection to yourself and the natural world.
