How it Works:

  1. We start with an initial consult that’s all about YOU! I listen attentively to your health and wellness goals, daily routines and diet preferences.
  2. From what you’ve told me I create a custom health transformation plan based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (which is now also being proven by science). This plan shows you where and how to start optimizing your health!
  3. Receive access to and support from me through the implementation phase of your transformation plan.
  4. Start feeling and living better!
