My health coaching is based in the 5000 year old sister science to yoga called Ayurveda, combined with my Mind Body Paddle Good Life Cycle framework. My cycle or wheel, has 8 spokes that represent 8 areas of your life that, when balanced, will have you experience more freedom in your body and mind. Your body wants to achieve health and balance. The problem is with the choices you make that are working against your unique constitution.
Learning the qualities of your unique constitution (based in Ayurveda and the elements of nature), gives you the self-awareness to transform your health.

My coaching strategy works over time like compounding interest. It’s the seemingly small, daily healthy habits and choices that make the biggest difference over time. The longer you invest the more powerful and sustainable your transformation.
My mindset coaching is based in my study of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, my participation in personal development workshops, and my experience as an international competitor in whitewater kayaking.
How it Works:
- We start with a 90 minute initial lifestyle and constitution assessment over Zoom that’s all about YOU! I listen attentively to your health, wellness and mindset goals, daily routines and diet preferences.
- From what you’ve told me, and what I observe, I assess YOUR unique constitution and create a custom health and mindset transformation plan to meet your goals.
- We schedule a 60 minute follow up every 2 weeks for as long as your program runs ( 90 days, 6 months or 1 year) to keep you on track and reaching your goals.
- You receive access to and support from me throughout the implementation phase of your transformation plan ( 90 days, 6 months, 1 year). Text my personal cell phone, email or message me anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- You become a healthier, more confident and courageous you.

3 Months
Investment is $3,000.
The 3 month option includes an initial diet and lifestyle assessment (90 min), 5 coaching calls (60 min each), access to text and/or email me with questions between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily, and 20% off of private kayak instruction during the time of you coaching program.
