When you keep telling yourself that ‘someday’ you’ll make changes that work for your health, wellbeing and confidence, ‘someday’ never comes. Change is hard, and it’s too easy to stay stuck in old habits even though we know they work against our goals.

When you don’t know where to start or what to focus on, reaching your goals and creating change can be hard. When you work with me you follow my unique methology that focuses on 8 specific areas of life that, when addressed, set you up for health, confidence and clarity.

Learn about your unique constitution,  based in Ayurveda, so you can intentionally choose your diet and lifestyle to optimize your health daily and seasonally. 

Learn how to practice hard moves in easy water. Small consistent actions over time are what create big results. When you work with me we focus on sustainable and consistent practices that lead to big transformation in your life.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Change is hard and can feel unattainable sometimes. It can feel easier to keep drifting and doing the things you’ve always done that lead to the same results you have now. My studies in and practice of Ayurveda, yoga and human potential, combined with my 30 years experience as a professional whitewater paddler and coach give me a unique perspective on how to do hard things. I’ve got your back with accountability, compassion  and support.

How it Works

Step 1: Schedule a call with me share your goals and determine which coaching program is best for you.

Step 2: We begin with a 90 minute assessment via Zoom that focuses on YOU! I listen to your courage and confidence goals, and I ask you a lot of questions about your current lifestyle, self-talk and habits.

Step 3: Combining the information you provide with my observations, I assess YOUR unique constitution according to Ayurveda, determine what areas of life need immediate attention, and create a custom health and mindset transformation plan to meet your goals.

Step 4: We schedule a 60 minute follow up every 2 weeks to provide you with accountability and to assess how the plan is working for you. We can make tweaks where needed. You can email or text me with challenges, questions and concerns every day between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Bonus: When you commit to a 6 month coaching plan you also receive a day or private kayak instruction, and when you commit to a 1 year coaching program you receive 2 days of private instruction with the coaching.

Transformation plans run for either 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

  • A 90 minute one-on-one assessment.

  • Personal access to Anna via text/email between 9am and 5pm daily.
  • 20% discount on private kayak instruction during the time of your coaching program.

  • A guided group cleanse (Spring or Fall).
  • 1 day of private kayak instruction during the duration of your coaching program.
  • 20% discount on additional private whitewater kayak instruction
