How it Works:
- We start with a 90 minute initial consult over Zoom that’s all about YOU! I listen attentively to your health, wellness and mindset goals, daily routines and diet preferences.
- From what you’ve told me, and what I observe, I assess YOUR unique constitution and create a custom health and mindset transformation plan to meet your goals.
- We schedule a 60 minute follow up every 2 weeks for as long as your program runs ( 90 days, 6 months or 1 year) to keep you on track and reaching your goals.
- You receive access to and support from me throughout the implementation phase of your transformation plan ( 90 days, 6 months, 1 year). Text my personal cell phone, email or message me anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
- You become a healthier, more confident and courageous you.
My health coaching is based in the 5000 year old sister science to yoga called Ayurveda. This ancient system is based on the fact that you are nature and that your body wants to achieve health and balance. The problem isn’t your body or nature, it’s the choices you make that are working agains yourself and your nature.
Learning the qualities of your unique constitution and your mind, combined with the knowledge of the qualities of each season and different foods gives you the self-awareness to transform your health.
Ayurveda works over time like compounding interest. It’s the seemingly small, daily healthy habits and choices that make the biggest difference over time. The longer you invest the more powerful and sustainable your transformation.
My mindset coaching is based in my study of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, my participation in personal development workshops, and my experience as an international competitor in whitewater kayaking.
I offer 4 different time frames for health coaching:
Investment is $3,000
Investment is $5,000 includes coaching, one of the guided group cleanses (spring or fall) and 1 of the Seasonal Wellness Circles (Winter, Spring/Summer or Fall) – which ever one is aligned with the timeline of your coaching program.
Investment is $9,000 – includes both guided group cleanses (spring and fall) and all 3 Seasonal Wellness Circles (Winter, Spring/Summer and Fall/Holiday).
