You’ve been putting everyone and everything else first, leaving you overwhelmed, fatigued and anxious, in addition to the stress of these uncertain times. It’s time for your mental and physical health reboot.
The root cause of the fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety and/or depression is that your nervous system is stuck.
Your diet and lifestyle choices may be keeping your nervous system stuck on high or low, leading to anxiety, depression, fear and dis-ease in the body and mind.
In this fall retreat, Sommerville and Anna use their unique insights and experience to help you uncover the blind spots in your diet, lifestyle and thought patterns that are keeping your nervous system stuck in a negative cycle.
If you’re stuck on high you won’t be able to find steady ground underneath you. Suck on low? Depression, lethargy and low energy rule your daily life, keeping you from doing the things you love with the people you love. In this retreat we’ll teach you how to ground yourself daily, and during the busyness of the upcoming Holiday season.
What you eat, what time you go to sleep, whey you wake up and what time you eat all contribute to your mental and physical health. Learn to steady yourself and feel vibrant through practice morning rituals that we’ll do together, and participate in cooking healthy Ayurvedic meals that nourish you.
Come and relax like you haven’t relaxed in a very long time. Let us take care of you so you can focus on yourself and getting your ground back underneath you.
