6 Minute Warm Up Stretch - Mind Body Paddle

6 Minute Warm Up Stretch

6 Minute Warm Up Stretch

No time to stretch?

Try this 6 minute warm up stretch that you can use as a break from sitting at your computer, or as a quick way to get your muscles working before your favorite activity!

This practice is a quick series of exercises that focus on creating supple joints, which in turn, helps to warm up the muscles around the joints. We start with our ankles, move to head/neck, then shoulders, spine, hips, side body, knees, and finally wrists.

If you’re a high performing person who has a hard time slowing down to stretch, give this a try. Your body and mind will thank you.
