Free Guided Yoga and Meditation From Me to You

Free Guided Yoga and Meditation From Me to You

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed and uncertain?
I hear you. Yesterday there were some tears in my world.
If you’re feeling sad, frustrated, angry or helpless, it’s important to pause and take a mindfulness break.
You are not your thoughts or your feelings, you’re more than that. You are also not what is happening to you or to the world right now.
You can’t control what happens, but you can control how you respond to your current situation.
Yoga and meditation are tools that help you pause and remember that you’re OK.
They help you create space between your thoughts. This space allows your unique perspective and gifts to arise. It also allows answers to arise.
I’ve filmed 2 yoga classes for you, an intro to meditation and a 5 minute guided meditation.
Both yoga classes are all-levels – no prior yoga experience necessary. There’s a 20 minute option and a 40 minute option.
Thank you for taking the time to take care of yourself, pause and practice with me.
May this be of service to you.
