Confidence, Courage and Community Coaching

Over the last 11 years of running Girls at Play these three words have come up frequently as aspects of paddling that women want to embody, in addition to boosting their skills. Women from all over the world have traveled to Asheville, Mexico, Costa Rica and Idaho to benefit from Girls at Play’s unique approach to confidence, courage, community and skills building first-hand.

“This was my first experience whitewater kayaking, and I loved it! I felt safe and confident as a beginner on the water, knowing that with Girls At Play I was in good hands.” – Jen, MD Beginner Clinic Asheville

“You helped challenge us physically, mentally and emotionally and we are better paddlers because of it. Thank you so much for an amazing week!” – Shanna and Aamie, WA Creek Week Asheville

“It was very inspiring to paddle with you in Costa Rica. I am glad you are doing what you’re doing – as it DSC06250_1showed me new ways to approach paddling. You provided really good reminders that it is important to step up to my potential, AND remain true to myself.”  – Almut, Germany Costa Rica Week of Rivers

What if you could access this unique coaching expertise without have to travel to participate in a Girls at Play program? And what if you could have access to this coaching ALL YEAR and ANYTIME whenever you needed a confidence boost or had a skills question? And even better, what if you could communicate frequently with other women with similar paddling goals and aspirations who support you in paddling to your potential? Wouldn’t that be amazing!?

Processed with MoldivIt would be amazing and I’m really excited to offer this new coaching program launching in 2016. The benefits include:

~  4 Conference coaching calls with me (Anna L) throughout the year.

~ Video review by me (Anna L) of video clips that you submit for analyzation and instruction. Limited to 2 per month, 5 minute maximum.

~ Video tips for whitewater kayaking skills from beginner to advanced (Class II – Class IV).

~ Video tips for mental, confidence, courage training, including guided meditations to manage fear.

~ Winter tips on maintaining paddling fitness through yoga, diet and lifestyle.

~ Ask Anna your burning questions about improving skills, confidence and courage. Receive timely, personalized answers.

~ Share with and be supported by other women in the program.

~ Complimentary 2016 Girls at Play t-shirt and sticker.

~ 10% off ANY Girls at Play program for the duration of the program.

How it works

Once you register for the program you will be added to the secret Confidence, Courage and Community Facebook group – the medium through IMG_8624which all of the content will be uploaded and where you can post your videos, questions and share with your community of empowered female paddlers! The group is open only to participants in the coaching program. There will be 1 hour scheduled conference calls with Anna 4 times throughout the year. Each call will have a lesson theme and you’ll be able to submit questions to be answered by Anna during the call. The videos will also be sent directly to your inbox so that you can access them immediately without having to check Facebook. The program starts January 1, 2016, but you receive a $50 discount by registering before December 15th! See details below…

The best part of this program is that it costs less than any of Girls at Play’s 4-day and week long programs and you get coaching ALL YEAR! For only $200 more than a day of Private Instruction with Anna you get access to her expertise on a consistent basis, whenever you need a boost.

The year-long program costs $495.00 for coaching that will boost your confidence, your courage and your paddling skills for the rest of your life. AND will create a community of women paddlers who support one another in paddling and living to your potential. If you prefer to purchase a membership month-to-month the cost is $50/month for a great resource that you have the option to cancel at anytime.

IMG_3064I’m really excited about this program! It’s something that I’ve been considering for a few years now and I feel like the time is right. I really look forward to the empowerment and possibility that we’ll create together in 2016. To celebrate I’m offering a $50 discount if you register into the program by December 15th Click here to register! Sale price applied to full year subscription only. After January 1st click here for the monthly subscription!

Cancelation Policy: Once you have paid for the Confidence, Courage and Community Coaching program you may cancel within 30 days of registering and receive a refund for any unused months – no prorates for canceling in the middle of the month (so if you cancel within the first month you will not get refunded for the first month, but for the subsequent months). If you cancel after 30 days, no refund will be issued. If you are paying on the monthly subscription basis you may cancel at anytime and subsequent months will be canceled. You will not be prorated when canceling in the middle of the month, but future monthly payments will be canceled.   If there is any type of behavior in the public forum deemed by Anna to be offensive, bullying or harassing, Anna reserves the right to terminate the contract without giving any refund.
