For thousands of paddlers in the midwest Canoecopia is the kick-off to the spring paddling season. It gathers all of the major paddlesport industry manufacturers in one place as well as many accomplished paddling speakers and instructors. I’ve been attending for many years to give talks on women in kayaking and yoga for kayaking, and this year I was excited to add SUP classes/talks to my schedule. I was grateful to have local Wisconsin paddler, Angela Como, help out at the Girls at Play booth while I gave my talks. We introduced our new Limited Edition 10 year anniversary t-shirt as well as my new yoga for kayaking video series available on Vimeo.
