Girls at Play Main Salmon Kayaking and Yoga Retreat Recap!

Idaho is known for its multi-day Wild and Scenic whitewater runs. The Main Salmon is a classic wilderness trip that provides a magical setting for adventurous whitewater, scenic mountains, wildlife, star gazing and story telling. Not to mention the amazing food, the campfires and the sound of the water that lulls you to sleep at night. Did I mention fun, laughter and hot springs too?! Girls at Play launched on its first Main Salmon paddling and yoga retreat this past September. For six days 14 women ventured down the river. It was amazing and we are looking forward to the 2011 trip set for August 12-17! Enjoy the photos and hope to see you there!
