Welcome to the Girls at Play Blog!

Welcome to the Girls at Play Blog!

Hi Everyone,

I’m excited to introduce the Girls at Play blog!  I feel like this is another great tool to foster discussion about and promote women in kayaking.  Since I believe in a holistic approach to kayaking you’ll read entries about a wide range of subjects including paddling technique, gear reviews, trip reports, yoga for kayaking, tips on building confidence and dealing with fear and spiritual growth through kayaking.  I’m grateful to have another medium to encourage women to get into kayaking and to build their confidence in their paddling skills.

I welcome your comments and I look forward to seeing you out on the river!

Anna
