When your body wants you to listen

You can hear it, but are you listening?

According to Ayurveda your body has cellular intelligence, and it sends you signals about your wellbeing. Unfortunately our ‘sleep when you die’ culture encourages us to ignore our bodies. It’s not fun when your body tells you to slow down and take easy. If you paddling longevity is a goal for you, then it’s time to listen even when you don’t want to.

Yesterday I was paddling on the Ottawa river and my body was sending me major signals that had me paddle past my favorite surf wave. Watch the video below to hear the story and see a few rides from another favorite feature.
