I haven’t forgotten about you!

In fact, I really appreciate you being on my email list and reading my blogs. The last few weeks I’ve been teaching on the river so much that I haven’t had the chance to send out a newsletter/write a blog.

Today I wanted to create a short video saying hello and sharing with you a big insight I’ve gained about turning an undesirable situation into something that has a positive effect on mind and body.
