A weekend workshop focused on understanding and redefining self-care, increasing stress resilience, and learning wellness strategies for the body and the mind. Anna and Sommerville incorporate their respective knowledge and expertise in Ayurvedic wellness principles, yoga, mindfulness/meditation, mental health, and nervous system regulation through Somatic Experiencing to provide a nurturing weekend for women seeking greater vitality, joy and stress management in their daily life. In this retreat you’ll:

  • Create a practical self care plan for daily living based in the ancient principles of Ayurveda
  • Learn strategies for boosting digestion and vitality based in the ancient principles of Ayurveda
  • Practice gentle yoga
  • Experience guided Ecotherapy mindfulness meditation
  • Enjoy nutritious lunches along with recipes
  • Learn about stress resilience in the nervous system through Somatic Experiencing model of therapy
  • Build community and share among women

Friday 6 – 8 p.m.

Saturday 8 a.m – noon

1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Sunday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (lunch together )
