Tending the Fire Within Winter Retreat

IMG_3479IMG_3484IMG_3497

“Tending the Fire Within fed my soul with good food, good words and lasting connections with women from all over the country. It was a catalyst for embarking on a more in-depth path of examining who I am and how I engage my world.” – Kristin, GA

Join Anna Levesque, Sharon Mitchell and Ymani Simmons for an introspective journey in nurturing your gifts of creativity, power and joy in the Winter Season through Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Ritual, and Ceremony.

All sparks are equal in potentiality and substance, but the way they manifest is exclusive to the one who tends the individual Fire. In order to be the change that helps tend Global Fires, we must learn to mindfully Tend the Fire Within.
